Lead Teachers: promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children under his/her care and works with the school’s staff to create an environment of learning and keeps parents informed of the progress of their child.
Job Responsibilities:
● Create fun and interactive learning experiences while serving as mentors to fellow Teachers.
● Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing regulations and implementing all New Beginnings standards.
● Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child.
● Maintain a fun and engaging classroom that is clean and organized.
Job Requirements:
● Must be at least 18 years of age
● High School diploma or equivalent
● Child Development Associate (CDA), Associate or Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Studies or a related field
● 1-2 years experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
Assistant Teachers: support the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing the daily program for children, supervises the class when the Lead is out of the room, helps with meals and bathroom routines, safety and assists in maintaining a clean and orderly room and Center.

Aftercare Teachers: promotes a fun, safe experience for children who stay after the school day.
Job Responsibilities:
● Endure the afternoon care of every child by following all licensing regulations and implementing all New Beginnings standards.
● Maintain proper attendance and pick up procedures at dismissal of children.
● Maintain an engaging and interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
Job Requirements:
● A High School diploma or equivalent
● Experience working in a licensed childcare facility preferred
● Coursework in early childhood education or child development preferred
● The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience
